We consume vegetables daily and feel oneself and family member healthy. But, we don't know that the food we are eating is making us more dull and obsessed. To make ourselves fit, healthy and able to fight against this Virus,the following mentioned vegetables must be consumed maybe once or twice a week:

Asparagus |
1. Asparagus : This vegetable is considered one of the best for us ( maybe children , adult or old) due to presence of excess vitamins such as A , E and K . It is bit expensive and not easy to consume daily for all but, if we take it with dinner , lunch or supper once a week, then it will boost our energy and stabilizes the whole immune system.

2.Celery: We; Nepalese are bit unfamiliar with this vegetable and are unknown about the awesome benefits we get while consuming it. We can consume/eat it raw or full cooked. 3.Drumsticks : This is tree vegetable which is abundantly found in Nepal. This is the seasonal vegetable which usually becomes able to be eaten at the end of winter and beginning of summer. We mainly eat its soup but also can fry it ( not completely matured drumsticks). It not only helps in boosting immunity but also helps in purifying blood and many other respiratory disorders.

4. Sweet potato: We all know about potatoes but may not be well known about sweet potatoes. It is named sweet potato because it is like potato ; bit longer and sweet in taste. It is best vegetable for Visually impaired ( affected from myopia and hypermetropia) people. It is beneficial for us as it support immune system and enhances our brain function.

5. Beet root: If you have visited restaurant and order Chow-min or noodles ; you will find some slices of beetroots along with onions and coriander. We will definitely dislike its taste but after knowing its benefits ; you will consume it. It is good source of potassium and many other minerals too. It may change the regular stool color to partially red but that doesn't harm your internal system.

6. Mushroom: Mushroom is actually a fungi and here we have included it as a vegetable because we consume it in abundant manner. Despite its benefits, it has some side effects too. The more consumption of mushroom may lead to death and we should be selective enough while choosing better mushroom.
